THE FBIH PRIVATIZATION AGENCY IS AUTHORIZED TO CARRY OUT THE BOSNALIJEK COMPANY SALE

The FBiH Government by its Decision on method of privatization of state share of capital in the Bosnalijek Company from Sarajevo authorized the Agency for Privatization in FBiH (APF) to carry out the procedure of sale, but also to set the initial share price under the Rulebook on the state capital sale at the stock market.

All interested parties are once more informed that the contents of this Decision are accessible in publicized Official Gazette FBiH, Mo: 26/10. All further information regarding the privatization of Bosnalijek Sarajevo may be given by APF that is the single Government’s institution authorized to decide on the moment of sale.
