THE FBIH PRIME MINISTER MET THE IRANIAN AMBASSADOR IN BIH

The FBiH Prime Minister, Mustafa Mujezinovic, met on 26th March with the Ambassador of Iran in BiH, Ahmad Fard Hosseini. The meeting was focused on economic cooperation in the sectors of energy, transport, banking and agriculture, and on organization of the first session of the Joint Economic Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Iran.
Mr. Mujezinovic informed the Iranian Ambassador on upcoming projects in the energy domain, emphasizing the electric power facilities that need a strategic partner.
Regarding the road infrastructure, the highway sections on the Corridor 5C will require investors and a call for tender for awarding concessions for the construction of express roads Lasva-Travnik, Gornji Vakuf and Tuzla-Orasje, will be soon organized.
The Ambassador Hosseini stressed that the respectable delegation of Iranian businessmen will attend the first session of the Joint Economic Commission, which will be held on 21st April in Sarajevo.
