NOTICE ON SALE OF STATE CAPITAL OF THE COMPANY "ENERGOPETROL" d.d. SARAJEVO THROUGH STOCK EXCHANGE



The auction sale of state capital in "ENERGOPETROL" d.d. Sarajevo, the leading BiH oil company, is done by stock exchange rules on the Sarajevo Stock Exchange - SASE.

The company is dealing in the trade of automotive fuel that along with 64 gas stations employs about 800 workers.

Subject of sale is a package of state-owned shares in the company “Enegropetrol” d.d. Sarajevo in the amount of 1,215,111.

The sale will be conducted at an extraordinary auction Method 1 - single sale, where it is only allowed to Purchase orders denominated in amounts identical to the one in the Sales order.

Starting sale price of one share is 6,80 KM.

The auction sale of packages of shares will take place on Wednesday, February 12^th 2014.
