EQUAL TREATMENT OF ROMANIAN AND BIH INVESTORS IN BIH

The Foreign Minister of Romania, Teodor Baconschi, and the BiH Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations, Mladen Zirojevic, signed the Protocol on Amendments to the Agreement signed in 2001 between BiH and Romania on the promotion and the reciprocal protection of investments.

The agreement provides equal treatment of Romanian and BiH investors in BiH, so that is a solid legal framework which should encourage potential investors and increase the volume of investments from one country to another.
