Partners in the development of integrated tourist city “Buroj Ozone” (Air Spa) confirmed that in the area of Municipality Dejčići, at the foothill of Bjelašnica and Treskavica mountains, in April will start construction of an elite tourist megalopolis, worth about 4.3 billion euros.

“I have traveled throughout the world, I have seen many beauties and met many people and nations, but what I saw a year ago in the Municipality of Trnovo I had never seen before anywhere. I am convinced that after the implementation of our joint project of the future, this area will be one of the most beautiful and most desirable areas in the world,” said CEO of “Buroj Property Development” from Dubai Ismail Ahmed.

The Director of the Development Planning Institute of Sarajevo Canton Hamdija Efendić confirmed that geological and geotechnical works on the future construction site have been successfully completed, that the draft conceptual design of future tourist center is in the final stage, and made the claim that every step in carrying out this megaproject will be in favor of preserving the authenticity of the amphitheater environment of building location, taking into account as much as possible the desires and the business logic of investors and partners in the project.

“All water protection zones in this area are under full supervision and none of the original natural features are not, and will not be affected by this investment. After all, everything will be very transparent, public debate will be an opportunity for all to be heard, and on this occasion, I invite all interested citizens and legal entities to engage in public discussion of this project,” he added.

In the opinion of the Mayor of the Municipality Trnovo, Ibro Berilo, the foreign investor after visiting the whole of Bosnia and Herzegovina came to this local community because here they found more urban planning than in the city of Sarajevo and the majority of cities and municipalities in the region.

“There are only few places today where you can find construction zones that have such a level of standardized basic infrastructure such as water supply, electricity, gas, roads and so on. All of that we have already today, not only for the integrated tourist town of Trnovo, but for a city of 200,000 residents. This project is for us only just beginning. Trnovo will transform in ten years, from once the least developed municipality in BiH and the region, into one of the most developed,” he said.

The formal signing of the final contract for the realization of this project will be conducted on October 15 at the City Hall in Sarajevo.
